Location: London (Hybrid - WFH & Site)
Travel: Required to attend Head Office in Manchester twice per month (travel and accommodation covered)

Job Overview
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take a leading role in managing and delivering multiple office fit-out projects (CAT A & B) for a prestigious client base. The role involves close collaboration with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full cost management process across multiple office fit-out projects (CAT A & B) Manage project budgets, cost reporting, and forecasting throughout the lifecycle Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to provide commercial guidance Review design documentation and specifications to ensure cost accuracy and feasibility Manage procurement processes, including tendering and subcontractor appointments Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best value Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities Attend site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues Support and mentor junior members of the commercial team where required Work closely with senior leadership, contributing to overall project strategy
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within office fit-out (CAT A & B) Strong track record delivering high-spec commercial projects Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial acumen across cost control, contracts, and procurement Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and within a team Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members Proficient in relevant software (e.g. Microsoft Office, cost management tools) Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS desirable but not essential)
Working Environment
Hybrid role: combination of working from home and on-site in London Travel to Manchester head office twice per month (fully expensed) Collaborative and supportive team environment Exposure to high-profile, high-value projects
