This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected PQS consultancy experiencing a significant increase in workload across major UK infrastructure, energy, and utilities programmes.

With a strong pipeline of secured work including AMP8 and long-term PPP frameworks the business is expanding and looking to appoint multiple Senior Quantity Surveyors across the North of England.

The Role

Youll be working as part of a collaborative consultancy team delivering commercial and contract management services on complex infrastructure, energy, and utilities projects.

The role offers significant exposure to the NEC suite of contracts, allowing you to develop into a true NEC specialist within a respected consultancy environment.


About You

  • Proven experience administering NEC contracts (essential)

  • Background within Infrastructure, Energy or Utilities (desirable)

  • Consultancy or client-side experience preferred

  • Proactive, development-focused mindset

  • Able to commute to one of the Northern locations listed

  • A genuine interest in developing long-term NEC expertise
