A progressive and tight-knit Property & Construction Consultancy based in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead on a diverse range of high-profile projects across multiple sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a key opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and collaborative consultancy working on a varied portfolio that includes Higher Education, Residential, Commercial Developments, Hotels, Leisure, Retail, and Heritage Restoration.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering projects from inception through to completion, managing both pre and post-contract duties. You will also gain hands-on experience across complementary services such as Employer's Agent duties, Procurement, Project Management, and Dispute Resolution, offering the chance to broaden your professional scope in a supportive and ambitious environment.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)

MRICS or currently working towards

Great pre and post contract knowledge

Strong PQS experience within a UK Consultancy

A successful track record running projects from cradle to graveIn Return?

£50,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)
