Key Responsibilities

Commercial Management: Lead all quantity surveying aspects of projects, managing costs from inception through to completion. Pre-Contract Expertise: Lead on cost planning, feasibility studies, and tender documentation, ensuring a robust and well-defined pre-contract phase. Post-Contract Administration: Administer construction contracts, including the valuation of variations, interim payments, and the negotiation of final accounts.
