Senior Quantity Surveyor - Keighley - New build and refurbishment - Main contractor Fawkes And Reece have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well established and award winning main contractor based in Keighley, West Yorkshire This role will be office based but will require regional travel to visit our current projects, meet with clients and attend meetings. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working on D&B new build and refurbishment projects across commercial, retail, education, healthcare, industrial and leisure with values up to £10m+. You will be joining a close knit commercial team reporting directly to the Commercial Manager with hybrid working available Duties for a Senior Quantity Surveyor: To be involved in negotiation of prices and obtaining quotes for works, materials and plant as required in compliance with company procedure To quality check invoice details from all suppliers, ensuring the company gets value for money on all jobs carried out. To build strong relationships with our customers to ensure open communication and expectations of invoicing is met at all times. To prepare and submit regular and accurate cost/value reports.
