Senior Quantity Surveyor Remuneration
* £70,000 - £75,000

Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
* Support planning and delivery of EV infrastructure projects, working closely with a team of designers, planners, schedulers, and site teams
* Ensure commercial compliance across all stages of project delivery
* Manage subcontractor relationships, payments, and performance
* Drive efficiency and value through NEC contract management
* Collaborate across internal departments (Operations, SHEQ, etc.) to ensure projects are delivered safely and to client requirements
* Maintain regular client communication, managing escalations and supporting long-term relationships
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in line with commercial procedures and SLAs
Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
* Civils / Utilities infrastructure background essential
* Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
* Subcontract management experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
* Familiarity with financial and accounting systems (e.g., Oracle)
* Excellent time management and decision-making skills
* Good understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety best practices
