Senior Quantity Surveyor - Rail/Civils - London\n\nWe are currently working with a prestigious client who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to expand their existing team of Quantity Surveyors. Working on high profile projects based in London the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skill whilst working on Major Rail projects in London.\n\nRemuneration:\n\n£55 000 - £70 000 per annum plus car/car allowance & benefits\n\nLocation:\n\nLondon\n\nThe role:\n\nExperience of setting up and/or operating office management systems including filing systems and document control and distribution\nExperience of technical minute taking at contractual meetings and able to demonstrate the ability to collate information and prepare reports\nExperience of drafting contractual correspondence on behalf of the Project Manager and preparation of payment certificates and interim financial reports\nExperience of contributing to procurement and contract strategies\nNegotiating and team-working skills and the ability to motivate and lead\nStrong analytical skills\nDemonstrable legal, contractual and construction knowledge\n\nRequirements:\n\n- Rail or Civil Engineering background\n- NEC Contracts\n- Strong ethics and principles\n- Great interpersonal skills\n\nIf you are interested please contact John Baker or Kat Oxlade\n\n--- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of , , , belief, , sexuality or .
