Senior Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical / Pipework Projects £75,000 - £85,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Bonus + Hybrid Working + Private Healthcare + Holiday + Pension City of London An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing specialist mechanical contractor delivering complex pipework, heating, and chilled water installation packages across commercial, healthcare, and data centre projects. You will take full commercial ownership of key mechanical packages, manage subcontractor accounts, and be responsible for CVRs, valuations, variations, and final accounts. This is a senior-level opportunity where your industry knowledge and commercial acumen will directly impact project success and profitability.
