Constructive Moves is working on behalf of a leading residential developer has just been awarded planning on a major new scheme over 300 units of a RC Frame residential development and therefore is looking to source a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Commercial Team.

For this role, you will be office based in South London and working underneath a Commercial Manager and you should be able to running you own packages of work, which you would have tendered, agreed and managed previously. You will be dealing with all the valuations and variations for you agreed sub-contractor packages you will be managing. You should hold a minimum qualification of HNC in construction and longer term their will be the opportunity to manage your own schemes once you progress through the company.

This company has as an excellent reputation for promoting from within and has numerous large scale developments in its portfolio and healthy pipeline of new developments.
