With a turnover of over £100 million, one of UKS leading Joinery & Fitout/Refurbishment Contractors is seeking a No.1 Senior Quantity Surveyorto join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-10 years working for a Joinery Contractor

Run the project as a No.1

Manage a team of Surveyors

Monthly review of profit reports to ascertain project cost position

Preparation of monthly valuations both client side and the supply chain

Preparation of pre-tender profit plan

Prepare of cashflow forecasts

Price joinery packages

Agreement of final accounts both upstream & downstream

Preparation of main contract documentation, collateral warranties, and consultant appointment

Procuring the work packages for several projects ensuring that the works are carried out in accordance with the provisions of xbpsjku both the main and sub-contract terms and conditions

Ensuring compliance with the cost plans, close liaison with the Clients Quantity Surveyor,

Value engineering

Final accounts.

Ideal candidate must be either immediately available, or a month's notice must be able to travel into their HQ .
