O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a major fit out contractor who are s Quantity on the lookout for a strong Senior Surveyor with experience of acting as commercial lead on Cat A & Cat B schemes from £1m - £35m

Responsibilities
- Working as commercial lead overseeing a brand new
- Support project reporting and cost forecasting
- Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project
Requirements
- Previous experience working on Cat A & Cat B projects from £1m - £35m
- Full commercial lifecycle experience
- Strong longevity in previous positions
