What you’ll do:
* End-to-end cost management: estimates, budgeting, forecasting, tendering
* Contract administration and procurement advice, including full tender process
* Site visits, stakeholder liaison, and leading project meetings
* Interim valuations, variations, and final account settlements
* Value engineering, risk reviews, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
* 5–10+ years solid QS experience
* Can work autonomously, often client-facing and can mentor others
* Degree qualified , chartership a bonus (not a requirement)
* Ability to produce BoQs, interpret drawings, build-up costs
* Confident with JCT Contracts—traditional & D&B
* Use or quickly master i2Costex (industry standard)
* Strong communicator, team-oriented, personable, and driven
