The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a company that specialise in High-end / prime refurbishments and new builds have recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of around £70 million they are long-standing and have a reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work.
Senior Quantity surveyor Role
There Current Projects range from £2 million to £50million. The projects are some of the best London and the South East have to offer.
You will be responsible for -
Procurement Cash flow forecasting Tender and contract documents Final accounts Contracts Valuations Variations Attend professional and client meetings Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule Mitigate commercial risksThe Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
5 years + Experience Ideally you will have experience of High End Residential projects Experience of working for a main contractor Excellent communication and negotiation skillsIn return
