Permanent Full Time (40 hours per week ) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding Refurbishment business based in Nottingham . Working closely with and reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will deliver a wide range of multi-scope projects being involved in all stages of project delivery offering you strong opportunities for development. Your responsibilities will include ensuring projects are delivered to target margins, managing contractual processes, issuing notices, m aintaining a ccurate records, and preparing and negotiating interim valuations and final accounts.
