The Senior Quantity Surveyor will help manage a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. The company has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.

Senior Quantity surveyor Role

Projects range from £4 million to £22 million.

  • Cost Reporting
  • Tender and contract documents
  • CVR's
  • Bills of Quants
  • Attend professional and client meetings
  • Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
  • Mitigate commercial risks

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • 5 years + Experience
  • Ideally you will have experience of High End Resi / Prime / Super prime property.
  • Experience of working for a main contractor
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Team Management
