An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading specialist engineering and construction company renowned for delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects across the energy, utilities, nuclear, and industrial sectors. As a key delivery partner on one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects, Hinkley Point C, the company is looking to strengthen its commercial team.

This role offers a unique chance to be part of a high-profile nuclear power station project, where you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of mechanical, electrical, and multi-disciplinary engineering packages within a fast-paced, technically challenging environment.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

* Lead the commercial management of allocated work packages within the HPC project.

* Prepare, review, and manage sub-contracts and supply chain agreements in line with NEC contracts.

* Monitor and control project costs, valuations, and variations, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

* Interface with the project delivery team, client (EDF), and supply chain to resolve commercial issues.

* Ensure timely and accurate submission of applications for payment, cost reports, and final accounts.
