Quantity Surveyor - Scaffolding Contractor

A well-established and highly respected Scaffolding Developer based in Greenwich is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial aspects of multiple scaffolding and access projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.

You will be responsible for:

Managing project costs from tender through to final account Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations and cost reports Working closely with site and operational teams to monitor project performance Supporting contract administration and commercial strategy Building and maintaining strong client relationships Identifying risks and opportunities across projectsThe Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
