About the Company:
Highly regarded and respected specialist civils contractor seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a prestigious contract. Company turnover £200m per annum, with civils making up £125m. There is an exciting growth strategy in place to grow this area of the business. Project values range up to £30m.

About the Role:
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take full commercial control of a £15m groundwork, RC and civils project. The project is due to commence, and following this there will be several key projects up for grabs with client on the same contract. The role will report into the Sector Commercial Director

About You:

* NEC experience essential

* Able to take a project from inception through to completion

* Good client interfacing skills

* Ideally degree qualified

* Able to spot commercial opportunity in a contract

* Enjoy working within a dynamic environment

* Be able to work well within a team that includes delivery and design teams
