Key Responsibilities: Month End Auto-WIP & Journal returns Co-ordination of AFC & internal Rolling Forecasts Provision of information for Monthly Reports Review of EW notifications & BUK responses or notifications downstream & upstream Liaising with Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries or disallowed items Cost Analysis via SAP & Power BI Assisting CM on compilation of Project Board Reports Calculation of BOQ star rates Remeasurement of BOQ Update Commercial Registers i.e. CE, EW, Plant, Sales Invoices etc. Drafting of notifications including letters Overseeing of Subcontract Management processes Value analysis - SOR, FP, day works Change Management - Notification, Quotation & Agreement of Compensation Events Payment Application & Invoicing Innovation to improve job margin J...
