Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major UK Infrastructure (London Rotation) Up to £70,000 + £18,000 London Uplift + Full Travel/Accommodation A Tier 1 contractor delivering a flagship UK port & logistics infrastructure scheme is expanding their senior commercial delivery team. This is a long-term civils framework offering structured London rotation, market-leading take-home and genuine long-term progression. Package Includes: Up to £70,000 basic Potential uplift of up to £18k Annual living away allowance All accommodation & travel covered Permanent, hybrid contract Immediate start The Role: Lead commercial delivery on high-value civils/infrastructure packages. Manage subcontract procurement, valuations, variations, CVRs, NEC/JCT contracts and mentor junior QS staff. Ideal Background: Main contractor civils/infrastructure QS, NEC/JCT experience, strong commercial leadership mindset.
