Senior Quantity Surveyor Civil Engineering £80k + Package Surrey Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a newly awarded £30M civil engineering project in Surrey . This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor and take the lead commercial role on a major infrastructure scheme , acting as the number one Senior QS on site and reporting directly to the Commercial Lead . The project includes demolition, bulk earthworks, deep drainage, construction of a new spine road and Section 278 highway works . The successful candidate will take the project from inception through to client handover and final account . Key Responsibilities Lead commercial management of a £30M infrastructure scheme
Manage subcontract procurement and package management
Prepare applications for payment and valuations
Manage variations, compensation events and final accounts
Monitor cost control, forecasting and reporting
Work closely with project delivery and senior leadership
Salary & Package Up to £80,000 salary
