The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside blue-chip, high profile clients on commercial CAT A and CAT B fit out projects across the city.
Day to day, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall primarily be responsible for running projects from inception to completion, and assisting the Partners on more complex projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
MRICS is preferred
Cat A and/or Cat B fit out project experience
Good pre and post cost management knowledge
Comfortable running projects independently
Previous experience within a PQS / Consultancy environmentIn Return?
