A well-established construction consultancy has secured a substantial programme of work is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Manchester.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will primarily be working on an ever-growing healthcare programme in Manchester, which has rapidly expanded from 10 to 140 hospital and healthcare-related projects, with values ranging from £200K to £8M.

Due to this significant growth, the Director managing the client relationship is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable carrying out pre and post contract services independently.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* PQS / Consultancy background

* Manchester based

* Strong pre and post contract experience

* Healthcare project experience would be a plus

* Any FM experience would be useful

* Comfortable working on site 3 days a week.
