Constructive Moves have been instructed by a highly reputable residential developer to source a highly ambitious and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Lead whom produce high quality homes and create communities. Their projects are majority RC frame apartment schemes which range in size and specification.
The company brings a high level of expertise in securing and delivering the best outcome for each site they develop. The business has significant resources available for land acquisition, either unconditionally or subject to planning, and the ability to complete quickly where necessary. Due to there structure they are able to across Housing Association Schemes, Joint Ventures, Private Sale and Build To Rent.
They are currently looking for an Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Lead to join their existing commercial team in South East London. The successful candidate will be someone with career aspirations and wants to quickly develop under a structured development programme, with the opportunity to work with and learn from more senior staff who have extensive experience within the industry. This business is looking for someone who can be inventive and can get involved with multiple aspects of the construction process including estimating duties. As projects progress, you will be required to spend time tracking valuations and variations accounts on the sub contractor packages you are in charge off.
