*Responsibilities*

* Manage all aspects of cost control for projects.
* Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
* Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate budgets and forecasts.
* Monitor project progress and implement cost-saving measures.
* Prepare detailed reports on financial performance for stakeholders.
* Negotiate contracts and change orders effectively.
* Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality assurance protocols.
* Support project managers in resolving contractual issues promptly

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience in quantity surveying or contract management within the heating, ventilation, or building services industry.
* Strong knowledge of cost control techniques and contract law.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
* Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
* Preferred: Experience managing large-scale HVAC or Passive Fire projects.
* Preferred: Certification in quantity surveying or project management.
