This is a key position responsible for securing suitable projects through the preparation of competitive, compelling bids, while ensuring financial success across live projects via effective procurement, cost and commercial management. You’ll lead a small team, take ownership of the full bid and pre-construction process, and play an integral role in delivering profitable, well-managed projects. Key Responsibilities Gain a full understand of projects and client requirements for each opportunity. Lead bid preparation, involving relevant internal and external resources. Produce detailed cost estimates and supporting documentation. Chair and coordinate internal tender adjudications. Manage post-tender clarifications and negotiate contract terms.
