These projects consist of New Builds and Refurbishments, primarily in the residential and commercial sectors, carried out on a Design & Build basis. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role They are about to undertake a number of new build Care Home projects in Preston, Liverpool and Manchester and are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors to take responsibility for all the financial aspects of the projects valued up to £10m, working on the pre-con phase of tenders and then take the project through to site delivery. You will work closely with the Commercial Director and the head office commercial team as well as the client and site team.
