This role is ideal for a highly skilled radio engineer who enjoys working across system design, installation, commissioning, and technical oversight for large-scale radio communication projects across the UK and Europe. You will act as a senior technical point of contact for customers, support the Project Management Office, and play a key role in delivering complex radio systems to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning Install cabling, mount antennas, and configure RF equipment
Program and test Motorola systems
Commission PMR, DMR, telemetry radio, and microwave infrastructure
Preventive Maintenance Carry out PPMs across multiple sites
Complete annual inspections and corrective actions
