GLL are currently recruiting a Senior Lifeguard to join our team at Botwell Green Sports & Leisure Centre. As a Senior Lifeguard, youll oversee a team of lifeguards, acting as a mentor and role model, and be responsible for some staff training. Senior Lifeguards are responsible for the maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate, so youll need to be hard working and have a conscientious attitude. Excellent communication and social skills are necessary as youll often be the first point of contact for customers. Health and safety is paramount, therefore attendance at regular pool training sessions is a must. A Senior Lifeguard's job can't be underestimated, and neither can the responsibility that comes with this vital lifeguarding role.
