GLL are currently recruiting a Senior Recreation Assistant to join our team at Southbury Leisure Centre in Enfield. As a Senior Recreation Assistants youll oversee a team oflifeguardswho youll act as a mentor and role model to be responsible for some staff training. Senior Recreation Assistants have real attention to detail as youll be ensuring the safety of our customers as well as the cleanliness of the pool environment.Senior Recreation Assistants are responsible maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate, so youll need to be hard working and have a conscientious attitude. Excellent communication and social skills are necessary as youll often be the first point of contact for customers.
