Senior Recruiter – Temporary Division - Three Bridges Recruitment


Why this role exists?

Temporary recruitment is growing at Three Bridges, and we’re ready for someone to take real ownership of it.


This is a new position. It’s an opportunity for an experienced temp recruiter to build and grow a desk that’s already moving in the right direction, with the freedom to run it properly and the backing to do it well.

The role in reality

This isn’t a cold desk. You’ll be responsible for growing an existing temporary recruitment desk across accountancy & finance, including:


  • Building and developing temp client relationships
  • Winning new business through credibility and delivery
  • Attracting and managing a strong pool of immediately available candidates
  • Managing pricing, margins, and compliance
  • Delivering fast, accurate, high-touch temp solutions


Success here looks like a desk on a clear upward trajectory, clients who come back, and candidates who trust you.


What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in temporary recruitment (sector experience ideal)
  • A strong billing background and commercial mindset
  • Confidence operating in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
  • Solid knowledge of temp compliance and legislation
  • A proactive, organised, and resilient working style


The essentials

  • Salary: £30,000–£40,000 basic, uncapped bonus
  • Realistic earnings of £60,000+ when performing as expected
  • Genuine hybrid working with flexible hours
