Senior Recruitment Consultant - Data Centre

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a background in data centre recruitment. This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle – from business development and client management to sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent. Key Responsibilities
Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for data centre roles, including technical and IT infrastructure positions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic advice. Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and research. Source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks. Conduct interviews, manage offers, and ensure a smooth placement process. Meet and exceed personal and team targets for placements, revenue, and business development. Keep up‑to‑date with the data centre and IT market trends, providing insight to clients and candidates. In parallel to Data Centre focus, support on wider Technology, Energy and Engineering related projects amongst our existing client portfolio.
Requirements
Proven experience as a recruiter in the data centre or IT infrastructure space. Strong experience in a 360‑recruitment role – delivering both business development and candidate management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Results‑driven with a proven track record of meeting targets. Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM systems and sourcing tools.
