Are you ready to elevate your recruitment career? NES Fircroft is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Energy Contract Division, where you'll specialise in engineering and technical roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of your desk, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing top talent to successful placements, while also cultivating and expanding strong relationships with some of the most influential clients in the energy sector.

What You'll Be doing

• Talent Acquisition: Source, evaluate, and place skilled technical professionals in contract roles.
• Creative Sourcing: Apply innovative methods to expand your candidate network and attract top-tier talent.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term connections with candidates to ensure a strong, reliable talent pipeline.
• Contractor Oversight: Manage contractor operations to deliver seamless and efficient service to clients.
• Compliance Leadership: Ensure adherence to NES Fircroft’s standards, local regulations, and client-specific requirements.
• Business Growth: Drive new business opportunities through proactive networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Operational Excellence: Handle job postings and candidate flow with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

• Contract Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in contract recruitment, ideally within technical or engineering sectors.
• International Recruitment Experience: Familiarity with recruiting across European markets.
• Energy Sector Knowledge: Previous experience or exposure to recruitment within energy is highly desirable.
