I am currently working with an industry leading recruitment agency to find them their next superstar billing leader and future people manager, based ideally in London.

This role will be running and building a strong national Facilities Management desk, building relationships with current clients but building on that to increase market share and capitalise on the project cycles across construction, infrastructure and energy.

As a senior recruiter, you will lead from the front in this full 360 degree role, carving out your niche and working with the business to develop the business service line. You will have a passion for client visits, business development and mentoring junior consultants, but ultimately be motivated to bill and make placements with clients whom you are building relationships with.

With a very strong commission structure and a huge investment in both L&D and social value propositions, this agency is a stand out within the construction & property sector with offices across the UK.

To be successful you will have/be:

• At least 5 years of agency recruitment experience within Facilities Management (or similar) industry with demonstrated billings (either temp or perm)
• Eligible to work in the UK without a visa
• Willing to work in an office 3-4 days per week with some flexibility
