Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Achieve Professionals. You will be joining our agency to work in our Finance and Accountancy recruitment division where we support the recruitment of practice and industry finance roles by partnering with growing accountancy firms, SMES and large companies to assist in expanding their teams. Our team supports all roles from junior, senior to board level. This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as we have an existing and growing client portfolio base.

Working Schedule

  • Full Time 360 Recruitment Role
  • Office based in Middlesbrough, UK
  • 1 day work from home each week

Ideal Candidate

  • A strong recruitment background
  • Finance or accounting industry background would be preferred
  • Experience in achieving financial targets
  • Experience in successful business development
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
  • The ability to organise your own workload
  • Self motivated, resilient and driven
  • Be able to establish and maintain strong, genuine relationships
