Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Leeds or Birmingham team to support the delivery of senior interim assignments. The Role: You will play a key role in delivering interim search assignments, working closely with Directors, clients and senior interim professionals. Responsibilities include:

Delivering interim assignments across multiple sectors Market mapping and developing target lists Qualifying and presenting candidates to clients Managing interviews and the candidate process through to placement Building and maintaining strong relationships with interim leaders Providing market insight to clients and colleagues

About You: You will ideally bring experience from:

Executive search Interim management recruitment Professional services recruitment You will be comfortable engaging with senior professionals, managing assignments and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
