🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and nurture new business opportunities through networking, outreach (lead generation, cold calling etc.) and market intelligence Build lasting partnerships with clients and candidates across the Life Sciences sector Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job brief to successful placement Negotiate offers, close deals, and deliver outstanding experiences for all stakeholders
