Senior Recruitment Consultant – Sport & Entertainment Salary – DOE + Industry leading commission scheme Location – Richmond, London (4-days in office) Due to continued success, SERV is searching for a highly driven & experienced Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the continued development of our Sport & Entertainment divisions. You’ll have the opportunity to hit the ground running with plenty of clients to work with from the off, whilst also developing your own relationships with new clients. Requirements

2+ years’ recruitment experience, working in a 360 capacity. Track record developing new business & client relationships Business mindset, entrepreneurial, self-sufficient The drive to develop your own team & division within the business. Eagerness & willingness to learn, work hard, and hit targets

Your role as a Recruitment Consultant

Headhunting, sourcing suitable candidates Generate leads & market information Develop new business, identify emerging trends and relationships Proactive management of key client relationships Work in a consultative manner, to guide both clients & candidates through the recruitment process
