While based in our London office, you’ll manage an established client base and benefit from working alongside a top performer in a high-fee, high-growth market.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with clients across Sales & Relationship Management roles in the US Financial Services sector.Identify and develop new business opportunities in Banking, Investment Management, and Fund Admin verticals.Source and place revenue-generating candidates such as Business Development Directors, Chief Commercial Officers, and Sales Leaders.Leverage Broadgate’s extensive Financial Services client base to create cross-sell opportunities.Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to effectively engage with clients.About YouWe are looking for an ambitious, high-performing consultant with a proven 360 recruitment background. Knowledge of the US market is not essential – full training and support will be provided.
