?Job Title:Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location:Rugby
Salary:up to £40,000 per annum basic + Uncapped Commission Scheme?

?Your Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, youll own the entire recruitment cycle:
- Generating leads and new businesses wins -this is sales role.
- Develop and build long-term client partnerships in the Industrial sector.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Hit KPIs and revenue targets while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive results.
?What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, within Industrial, Driving or Perm desks.
- Strong business development skills you love hunting for new clients and growing accounts.
- A confident communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.
- Team player who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings.
