We’re looking for an Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of our US Accountancy recruitment offering. This is a high-impact role for a senior recruiter who wants to build and lead a team, grow a profitable US client base, and establish themselves as a market specialist within a defined niche.

You’ll operate as a hands-on biller, driving revenue while in time building the foundations of a high-performing recruitment team beneath you.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior Consultant (Ideally with exposure to the US market)
• Strong track record in new business development and client acquisition.
• Ability to build and scale candidate and client pipelines within a defined niche.
• Commercially-minded, self-motivated and confident operating with autonomy.
