360 Senior Recruitment Consultant – Tech, Creative, Product & Marketing | London


  • Location: Central London
  • Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant
  • Salary: £35k–£55k basic + uncapped commission (up to 40%)
  • Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)


Permanent People are working exclusively with a globally renowned recruitment agency that’s experiencing rapid growth across their London office. With a buzzing, collaborative environment and a proven global footprint, they’re now looking to hire ambitious 360 experienced Recruiters from Senior up to Principal/Managing Consultant level, to join high-performing teams in Tech, Creative, Product, and Marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle – BD, account growth, and candidate delivery, and potential small teams (depending on level)
  • Building strong, consultative relationships with clients and candidates
  • Working closely with global colleagues to leverage an international network
  • Recruiting for permanent roles
  • Becoming a specialist in your chosen market – Tech, Creative, Product or Marketing


Who we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 18 months of 360 recruitment experience upwards – in a sector that aligns with Tech, Creative, Product or Marketing
  • A strong track record in billings
  • A consultative, strategic mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • A growth mindset – ambitious, coachable, and commercially driven
