Location:Rugby

Salary:up to £40,000 per annum basic + Uncapped Commission Scheme?

?Your Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, youll own the entire recruitment cycle:

• Generating leads and new businesses wins -this is sales role.
• Develop and build long-term client partnerships in the Industrial sector.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Hit KPIs and revenue targets while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive results.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, within Industrial, Driving or Perm desks.
• Strong business development skills you love hunting for new clients and growing accounts.
• A confident communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills.
