UK (Fully Remote) Manchester Hub Available

Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £80-£120k)

At Vickerstock, we're expanding our Food FMCG Division and are looking for an experienced consultant to take ownership of a specialist vertical within engineering and technical across the UK.


This is not a "start from scratch role"


You'll be building on:

Established client relationships

A strong reputation across technical markets

Support from an experienced Uk & Ireland team.


The Role


Run a 360 recruitment desk focused on engineering and technical roles within Food FMCG

Develop and expand existing client relationships

Win new business in a high-demand, candidate short market

Deliver on mid-senior level roles across high demand, delivery critical environments

Build a strong, specialist network within your niche


About You


4+ years recruitment experience within UK Food FMCG

Strong track record placing engineering or technical roles

Commercially driven with confidence in business development

Looking for more ownership, autonomy, and earning potential.
