Now, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who wants more than just another recruitment desk.
Someone who wants to build a market, build relationships and help build the business.
The Opportunity
This is a role for someone who wants ownership and autonomy, but also the support of a business that understands the sectors we recruit into.
As a Senior Consultant, you will take responsibility for developing your own market within the housing, property or residential living sectors, building long-term client partnerships and becoming a trusted advisor within your space.
We’re not interested in quick wins or transactional placements. We focus on long-term talent partnerships, helping clients solve real hiring challenges while supporting candidates to build meaningful careers.
What You'll Be Doing
* Building and growing a specialist recruitment desk within housing or residential property
* Developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategy, market insights and talent attraction
* Delivering a recruitment process that prioritises quality, transparency and long-term success

What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who already knows recruitment and is ready to take the next step in their career.
You’ll likely have:
* 3+ years recruitment experience
* A proven track record of billing and developing clients
* The confidence to own a desk and grow a market
* Strong relationship building skills
* A genuine interest in the housing, property or built environment sectors
* The ambition to build something long-term
