A respected, accredited recruitment business is expanding its Manufacturing division and is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of permanent recruitment across an established and loyal client base.
What youll be doing
- Managing and growing a warm portfolio of Manufacturing clients.
- Developing long-term relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders, and decision-makers.
- Delivering high-quality permanent recruitment solutions using proven processes and a strong brand reputation.
- Driving new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
- Representing the business as a sector expert with a focus on excellence, delivery, and results.
- A successful track record in permanent recruitment, ideally within Manufacturing or a related technical sector.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders from Line Manager to Board level.
- A driven, focused, and tenacious approach, with the ambition to build a long-term career.
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies, build relationships quickly, and consistently deliver high standards.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Competitive basic salary (negotiable to £40,000).
