Senior / Managing Consultant (Warm Desk) Seven Executive (Part of the KERV Group) Leeds | US Market | Executive Search A Genuinely Rare Warm Desk Opportunity Seven Executive is hiring a Senior / Managing Consultant to take ownership of a live, revenue-generating executive search desk within private equity-backed digital infrastructure and fibre telecoms. We partner with PE-backed fibre network operators, infrastructure investors, and equipment manufacturers building the physical backbone of global connectivity across the US market. This is not a cold start.

You will inherit a strong foundation - and be expected to scale it. Earnings
Year 2 OTE: £100,000+ with ease Uncapped commission
This is an opportunity to build strong immediate earnings while participating in long-term equity upside. What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
Take ownership of the existing desk and grow billings beyond £300k Convert warm relationships into retained partnerships Develop 3-5 strategic US client accounts Begin mentoring or supporting junior consultants (if desired) Position yourself as the go-to specialist within your vertical
This is a platform to build something significant - not just run live jobs. Who We’re Looking For
1–4 years’ recruitment experience (executive search ideal, market irrelevant) Demonstrable billing track record Strong commercial instincts and resilience Ambitious, self-motivated, and prepared to outwork the market You do not need telecoms experience. Any Exec market would be of interest. You do need hunger, ownership, and the willingness to push beyond “comfortable.”

Outgrown their current environment Lacked proper support or structure Wanted access to better infrastructure and bigger markets Hunger for a less transactional and more relationship focused approach Considered building their own desk but prefers backing and equity alignment
