Mid-Senior Recruitment Consultant (Product ideally; Dual-Desk Perm & Contract)

Up to £40k per annum base with 30% commission

Having enjoyed a brilliant 2025, they are looking to add a Mid or Senior Recruitment Consultant (1-3+ years experience) to their wonderful, friendly, and fun team. The role will require someone with experience in recruiting Product roles across either perm or contract or someone who is keen to move into this space.

The successful candidate will benefit from a hybrid working environment, committing to working just 2 days a week in the central London office. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for roles across the public and private sector.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience ideally but happy with anything less or more.
• Strong Consulting skills and ability to guide clients and candidates effectively.
• Proficiency in conducting Interviews and candidate assessments.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in working in a hybrid work environment with the ability to self-manage and remain productive.
