Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and qualifying candidates to securing placements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Proven experience in recruitment is essential – ideally within engineering, technical, or FM sectors. Strong business development skills and a track record of winning new clients.
