Due to continued growth within our Construction Professionals division, we are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment or Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in white collar construction roles.
We are open to consultants with experience in either the freelance or permanent market, or those who have operated across both. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team with strong existing client relationships, whilst also offering the autonomy to develop your own desk and client base. Typical roles covered include Site Managers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Design Managers, Contracts Managers and other professional construction positions across main contractors, developers and consultancies.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement
* Developing new business opportunities within the white collar construction market
